(1) The Commission may appoint one Election Officer and the required number of Assistant Election Officers in accordance with Section 19 of the Election Commission Act, 2073 for the elections to be held in accordance with the proportional election system.
(2) The election officer according to sub-rule (1) may assign the required number of employees to carry out the work to be done according to the election program according to sub-rule (1) of rule 3 for the election held according to the proportional election system.
(3) The election program as per sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and the instructions given by the Commission in this regard from time to time shall be carried out by the election officer appointed as per sub-rule (1) in accordance with the proportional election system.
